Jonathan Bailey Holland’s Between Days opens the program with an evocative piece for alto flute, clarinet, cello, and piano. This work explores the interplay of timbres and textures, creating a reflective atmosphere.

Shulamit Ran‘s Private Game follows, a duet for clarinet and cello that delves into the nuances of dialogue between the two instruments, highlighting their contrasting yet complementary voices.

Robert Martin’s Night Time envelopes listeners in a soundscape that captures the essence of nighttime, with its mysteries and quietude.

Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Trio in D minor, Op. 120 adds a touch of classical elegance. This trio for violin, cello, and piano is a lush exploration of lyrical melodies and intricate harmonies, showcasing Fauré’s masterful craftsmanship.

Philippe Bodin’s Peal is a vibrant composition for full ensemble that unfolds like a painter’s palette, rich with colors and textures. Peal evokes a spectrum of emotions, painting a vivid auditory landscape that invites listeners to experience a journey through a world of color and sound.
